DocuSign has ambitious goals to simultaneously develop a long-term vision for their CRM while quickly getting to a detailed design that could be built. we participated in Stakeholder/End User Interviews, co-created Workshops + Internal Collaboration Sessions and created a UI Prototype vision in Figma and worked collaboratively with the development team.
