The Citizen's Digital Butler requires a native app to meet customer needs. We have developed an app in Experience Cloud that seamlessly integrates with the Salesforce console. The project was mostly custom in terms of the platform, we also created a branding for the Butler. Before we started designing our process, we interviewed stakeholders across multiple functions and roles to understand current state and their desires. This app has been recognized with Innovation and Customer Experience Awards from BAI and Datos Insights.
